Luis Rodriguez Aguayo

Luis is an artist and designer born in Tijuana, Mexico. He has a BA in Industrial Design from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education and an MA in Product Design from ECAL. In his approach to design, Luis experiments with various digital mediums and emerging technologies to assess the interactions that surface when the physical and virtual merge, giving form to speculative objects and alternate realities that explore queerness and identity.

At the lab, Luis is a design research assistant for the SWITCH project and is part of the MAS program in Design Research for Digital Innovation.
